About Reporting Ltd.
Reporting Ltd was originally set up in November 2006 to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Condition Reports (HCRs) for inclusion within the Home Information Pack. Although the Home Information Pack is now no longer required, we continue to provide EPCs for domestic, rental, commercial and new build properties, as well as a range of additional surveying services. We also provide advice to clients on the energy efficiency of their properties, and information about improvements to heating and hot water systems.
We are based on the Isle of Wight, but are able to complete work in the Portsmouth, Southampton and adjoining Solent area.
We have experience in undertaking building surveys within large-scale projects. For example, we completed a project for Sheffield Homes which involved the production of over 3000 EPCs in 2007/08. More recently we were involved in completing building condition surveys in the South for Places for People – one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. We continually work on the English Housing Survey which is commissioned by Central Government.
We can produce floorplans on request, either in black and white or in colour. Floorplans help potential buyers to visualise properties better than if they just have a set of room measurements.
