We are now able to produce black and white or colour floorplans on request. Floorplans help potential buyers to visualise properties better than if they just have a set of room measurements.
We also complete floorplans for owners of holiday cottages and these are proving very useful to promote properties. Floorplans give visitors far more information about a property and it’s layout than a description alone, especially those with more complicated layouts.
We typically take floorplan measurements and sketches whilst at a property during the energy survey. Please let us know when ordering your EPC if you require a floorplan as well and we will give you a no-obligation quote.
