About Reporting Ltd.

Reporting Ltd was originally set up in November 2006 to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Property Surveys. We continue to provide EPCs for domestic, rental, commercial and new build properties, as well as a range of  surveying services. We also provide advice to clients on the energy efficiency of their properties, and information about improvements to heating and hot water systems.

We are based on the Isle of Wight, but are able to complete work across the UK as necessary. For large project-based schemes we are able to complete the work ourselves with the use of a network of qualified independent consultants.

We have experience in undertaking building surveys within large-scale projects. For example, we completed a project for Sheffield Homes which involved the production of over 3000 EPCs. We have also completed building condition surveys in the South for Places for People – one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. We continually work on the English Housing Survey which is commissioned by Central Government.
